Multicultural In-Home Care Services provides quality care and services to our clients. The services we provide are to individuals whose conditions are stable and predictable and who reside in our geographic service delivery area which is within 60 miles from the location of our agency’s office located at Multicultural In-Home Care Services, 7838 NE Glisan St., Portland, OR 97213, and includes Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, and Marion Counties. Should the medical condition of a client become unstable or unpredictable, we will refer the client to her/his primary care practitioner (PCP) for evaluation and treatment. When this situation occurs, our agency may continue to provide in-home care services. However, we will be unable to manage the client’s medical or health condition that is not stable or predictable. It is not within the scope of our agency’s license to manage the medical and health conditions of clients who are no longer stable or predictable.
We only provide services to clients for whom we have the capabilities and resources to do so. As such, we comply with the requirements of Division 536 of the Oregon Administrative Rules as a comprehensive agency and therefore will provide the following services to our clients:
