Our History
Multicultural In-Home Care Services was created in 2018 to help families within the community find reliable and trustworthy caregivers to provide personal care services to families and individuals in need.
At the time the company was founded, the Aden family had struggled relentlessly to find a capable caregiver for their brother, who was diagnosed with Cadasil. Like most families of a loved one with a disability, the Aden family had high expectations for the person who was going to be trusted to look after their brother, and they understood the importance of finding the “right” person: a person who was caring, capable, understanding, trustworthy, and reliable.
Aden family then founded the Multicultural In-Home Care Services, which started as a small, family-based organization and provided them with highly trained caregivers. Soon, MIHCS began to grow rapidly as the company’s reputation for providing care that people can trust spread throughout the community.

Our Philosophy
Our goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles: the belief in the innate worth of the aged and disabled individual and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or handicap(s), is entitled to maximize his potential as a human being and as a member of society.
